HaaziriPro use karke aap (company / user) in terms se sahmat hote hain. By using HaaziriPro you agree to these terms.
1. Service
HaaziriPro ek online attendance service hai: geofenced selfie check-in, leave / WFH / regularization, approvals, reports aur notifications. Features samay ke saath badal ya sudhar sakte hain.
2. Account
Company apne admin password, employees ke PIN aur company link ki suraksha ki zimmedar hai. Account mein di gayi jaankari sahi honi chahiye.
3. Free trial aur payment
Nayi company ko free trial milta hai. Trial ke baad chune gaye plan ke hisaab se payment karna hota hai (per employee per month, GST alag). Validity khatam hone par admin ko renew ka message dikhta hai, aur grace period ke baad check-in band ho sakta hai. Data delete nahi hota.
4. Sahi istemal
Service ka use sirf apne employees ki attendance ke liye, kanoon ke hisaab se aur employees ki jaankari mein karna hai. Employees ko batana company ki zimmedari hai ki attendance ke waqt location aur photo li jaati hai.
5. Data
Company ka data company ka hai. Hum use service chalane ke liye process karte hain, jaisa Privacy Policy mein likha hai.
6. Uplabdhata
Hum service ko hamesha chalu rakhne ki koshish karte hain, par internet, phone, GPS ya third-party services ki wajah se rukawat ho sakti hai. Service "jaisi hai" (as is) di jaati hai.
7. Zimmedari ki seema
Kisi bhi indirect nuksaan ke liye HaaziriPro zimmedar nahi hoga. Kisi bhi claim mein hamari zimmedari us company dwara pichhle 3 mahine mein di gayi fees tak seemit hai.
8. Band karna
Company kabhi bhi service band kar sakti hai. Terms ke ullanghan par hum account suspend kar sakte hain.
9. Kanoon
In terms par Bharat (India) ke kanoon lagu honge.

HaaziriPro का उपयोग करके आप (कंपनी / उपयोगकर्ता) इन शर्तों से सहमत होते हैं। By using HaaziriPro you agree to these terms.
1. सेवा
HaaziriPro एक ऑनलाइन अटेंडेंस सेवा है: geofenced सेल्फी चेक-इन, लीव / WFH / रेगुलराइज़ेशन, अप्रूवल, रिपोर्ट्स और नोटिफिकेशन्स। फीचर्स समय के साथ बदल या सुधर सकते हैं।
2. अकाउंट
कंपनी अपने एडमिन पासवर्ड, कर्मचारियों के PIN और कंपनी लिंक की सुरक्षा की ज़िम्मेदार है। अकाउंट में दी गई जानकारी सही होनी चाहिए।
3. फ्री ट्रायल और भुगतान
नई कंपनी को फ्री ट्रायल मिलता है। ट्रायल के बाद चुने गए प्लान के हिसाब से भुगतान करना होता है (प्रति कर्मचारी प्रति माह, GST अलग)। वैलिडिटी खत्म होने पर एडमिन को रिन्यू का मैसेज दिखता है, और ग्रेस पीरियड के बाद चेक-इन बंद हो सकता है। डेटा डिलीट नहीं होता।
4. सही इस्तेमाल
सेवा का उपयोग सिर्फ अपने कर्मचारियों की अटेंडेंस के लिए, कानून के हिसाब से और कर्मचारियों की जानकारी में करना है। कर्मचारियों को बताना कंपनी की ज़िम्मेदारी है कि अटेंडेंस के समय लोकेशन और फोटो ली जाती है।
5. डेटा
कंपनी का डेटा कंपनी का है। हम इसे सेवा चलाने के लिए प्रोसेस करते हैं, जैसा Privacy Policy में लिखा है।
6. उपलब्धता
हम सेवा को हमेशा चालू रखने की कोशिश करते हैं, पर इंटरनेट, फोन, GPS या थर्ड-पार्टी सेवाओं की वजह से रुकावट हो सकती है। सेवा "जैसी है" (as is) दी जाती है।
7. ज़िम्मेदारी की सीमा
किसी भी अप्रत्यक्ष (indirect) नुकसान के लिए HaaziriPro ज़िम्मेदार नहीं होगा। किसी भी दावे में हमारी ज़िम्मेदारी उस कंपनी द्वारा पिछले 3 महीने में दी गई फीस तक सीमित है।
8. बंद करना
कंपनी कभी भी सेवा बंद कर सकती है। शर्तों के उल्लंघन पर हम अकाउंट सस्पेंड कर सकते हैं।
9. कानून
इन शर्तों पर भारत (India) के कानून लागू होंगे।

1. Service
HaaziriPro is an online attendance service that offers geofenced selfie check-in, leave / WFH / regularization, approvals, reports, and notifications. Features may change or improve over time.
2. Account
The company is responsible for keeping its admin password, employees' PINs, and company link secure. Information provided in the account must be accurate.
3. Free trial and payment
New companies get a free trial. After the trial ends, payment is required based on the chosen plan (per employee per month, plus applicable GST). When the validity period expires, the admin will see a renewal reminder, and check-in may be disabled after a grace period. Data is not deleted.
4. Proper Use
The service must only be used to track attendance for your own employees, in compliance with the law, and with employees' knowledge. It is the company's responsibility to inform employees that their location and photo are captured at the time of check-in.
5. Data
The company's data belongs to the company. We process it in order to operate the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Availability
We try to keep the service running at all times, but interruptions may occur due to internet, phone, GPS, or third-party service issues. The service is provided "as is."
7. Limitation of Liability
HaaziriPro will not be liable for any indirect damages. In any claim, our liability is limited to the fees paid by that company over the previous 3 months.
8. Termination
The company may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend an account for violation of these terms.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
