HaaziriProAttendance app for transport, logistics and warehouse teams
Hubs, warehouses, client sites and staff who start their day in different places: HaaziriPro gives each location its own geofence and lets every employee punch in with a live selfie, from their own phone.
Problems it solves on the ground
- Proxy attendance at the hub gate, where one person signs for three. A live selfie inside the geofence stops it.
- Register filled at month end, with disputes over who came on which day. Every punch has a photo, time and GPS point.
- Staff across many sites. Add every hub and client warehouse; assign several to one employee.
- Long and night shifts. Hours decide Full Day or Half Day using thresholds you set. A shift left open is closed at midnight and shown as check-out missing, so it does not silently count.
- Payroll at month end. Download one Excel with Present, Half Day, Absent, Leave and WFH per employee and a day-wise grid.
Supervisors and managers
Hub supervisors log in as managers with phone + PIN and see only their own people: who is in today, pending approvals and the monthly report. Requests for leave or regularization (with a photo) reach them as a free phone notification.
Drivers and riders too
Drivers can check in at the hub or at an assigned site, and the Android app can record live location during the shift. See the driver attendance app and our guide on managing drivers’ attendance.
