HaaziriProGPS attendance app with geofence check-in
Pin each work site on the map, set a radius, and HaaziriPro lets employees mark attendance only from inside it. Every check-in and check-out stores the GPS point with a live selfie and the time.
How the geofence works
In the admin panel, add a site by pasting a Google Maps link, a Plus Code or latitude/longitude, then choose the radius, for example 200 m for a warehouse yard or 50 m for a small shop. When an employee taps check-in, the phone reads its GPS location:
- Inside the radius: the selfie camera opens and the punch is saved.
- Outside the radius: the app shows the distance from the site and does not allow check-in.
One employee can be assigned to several sites, which suits staff who move between a hub and client locations.
Catching location tricks
GPS on its own can be faked with mock-location apps. HaaziriPro adds checks on top of the geofence and shows them to the admin as flags:
- Fake GPS suspected: location jumps that would need an impossible speed.
- Location off during shift: gaps where GPS was switched off or the app was closed.
- Remote check-out: a check-out made from outside the site.
Check-out also needs a fresh, accurate GPS fix, so an old cached location does not pass. Read more in how to stop fake attendance.
Live location during the shift, and only then
If you turn on tracking, location is recorded only while the employee is checked in. Nothing is recorded after check-out or on off days. In the browser it records while the app is open; the Android app can keep recording during the shift when the employee sets location permission to “Allow all the time”. Frequently asked questions
What radius should I set for a site?
It depends on the site. A large warehouse or yard often needs 150–300 m, a shop or small office 50–100 m. You can change it any time in the admin panel.
Can GPS attendance be faked?
Mock-location apps exist, which is why HaaziriPro flags impossible-speed jumps as “Fake GPS suspected”, shows location-off gaps and needs a live selfie and a fresh GPS fix at check-out.
Can one employee work at more than one site?
Yes. Assign several sites to one employee and they can check in at whichever one they are at.
Is staff location tracked all day?
No. Location is recorded only while the employee is checked in. Nothing is recorded after check-out or on off days.
Does it work on iPhone?
Yes. HaaziriPro works in the phone browser on Android and iPhone and can be added to the home screen like an app.
