Why a live selfie beats a register or a thumb machine
A paper muster register can be signed later, and anyone can sign for anyone. A biometric machine costs money, needs a fixed spot and breaks when staff work at more than one site. A selfie attendance app needs nothing but the phone your staff already carry.
In HaaziriPro the photo comes only from the front camera at that moment. Gallery uploads are not accepted, so an old photo or a forwarded picture does not work. The selfie is stored with the exact time and GPS point, and the admin can open it any time from the dashboard.
What happens at each check-in
- The employee opens the company link (or the app on the home screen) and taps Check-in.
- The phone reads GPS. If the employee is outside the site radius, the app shows how far away they are and blocks check-in.
- Inside the geofence, the front camera opens and takes a live selfie.
- Photo, time and location are saved. The manager can see the live status for today straight away.
Check-out works the same way and needs a fresh, accurate GPS fix. Hours between check-in and check-out decide Full Day, Half Day or Absent automatically, using the shift hours you set.

Frequently asked questions
Can an employee upload an old photo instead of a live selfie?
No. HaaziriPro accepts only a live photo from the front camera at the moment of check-in or check-out. Gallery photos are not accepted.
Does the selfie attendance app work without a biometric machine?
Yes. It runs on the employee’s own phone, Android or iPhone, so no machine or extra hardware is needed.
Can someone mark selfie attendance from home?
No. Check-in works only inside the site’s geofence radius, for example 200 m. From outside, the app shows the distance and blocks the check-in.
Who can see the selfies?
Only your company’s admin and the employee’s managers. Each company’s data is kept separate and selfies are private.
How much does it cost?
There is a 14-day free trial with no card. After that plans start at ₹49 to ₹69 per employee per month depending on team size, plus GST.
