How driver attendance works
- Add your parking yard, hub or client sites as geofenced sites.

- The driver checks in with a live selfie when they report, and checks out at the end of duty with a fresh GPS fix.
- Hours set Full Day or Half Day automatically. Leave and regularization requests go to the fleet manager’s phone.
Live location on duty, from the Android app
With the HaaziriPro Android app and location permission set to “Allow all the time”, a driver’s location keeps recording during duty even with the screen off. It stops at check-out. If GPS is switched off or the app is closed, the gap shows up as “Location off during shift”. Impossible jumps are flagged as “Fake GPS suspected”.
Common driver problems, handled
- Forgot to check out after a late trip: the open shift closes at midnight and shows as check-out missing, so the manager can ask for a regularization.
- Different start points: assign several sites.
- Disputes about days worked: every punch has a selfie, time and GPS point.

Frequently asked questions
Can drivers mark attendance away from the office?
Yes, at any site you have assigned to them, such as a yard, hub or client location, but only inside that site’s radius.
Can I see where a driver is during duty?
With the Android app and “Allow all the time” location permission, location is recorded during duty. It is not recorded after check-out.
What if a driver forgets to check out?
The open shift is closed at midnight and marked as check-out missing. The driver can send a regularization request for approval.
Does it work for contract or part-time drivers?
Yes. Anyone you add as an employee with a phone number can check in; Half Day thresholds handle shorter duties.
